1-2 year same job or same field. 2-Credit score above 600. 3-Your debt to income ratio. 4-No bankruptcies last 2 years.
How much do I need as a down payment?
3 to 5% Down. Money can be gifted if needed from family, relatives or friends. I have a lender who can pre-qualify you for free right over the phone. Just call me for her number.
